50 years in 
the making 

Mulberry Kitchens began life as B.G Builders, a family building firm in the 1970s, set up by Terry Goodwin. We worked on homes and conservation architecture in and around Beccles, and quickly established a reputation as a company people could trust, with an eye for detail and a knack for innovation.

Over the years we grew and developed, and we always had a talent for doing high quality kitchens, but it wasn’t until 1997 that we opened our first kitchen showroom. This was intended to be a small sideline, run alongside the main building business, but less than ten years later our reputation for bespoke kitchens had grown to such an extent that the kitchen business took over.
