For over half a century we’ve been designing and fitting kitchens of the highest quality into people’s homes across Norfolk, Suffolk and further afield.

Over those years we’ve refined and honed the way we work, developing the warm and personal service you’ll get today. One that keeps you at the heart, and ensures the project is efficient, accurate and stress-free for you.

Because to us, just delivering a fantastic kitchen isn’t good enough. The whole process, from the moment you walk into our showroom or download a brochure, right through to the first cuppa in your new kitchen (and beyond) also needs to be fantastic. That’s what we strive for, and that’s what we deliver.

step one 
putting you at the centre 

A great kitchen is all about the person, so we always begin by sitting down for a chat over a tea or coffee, to learn about you and what you want from yours. We’ll talk about how you use your current kitchen, and what you want from your new one. What styles? What colours? How will you use it? We’ll even cover your height and how you like to cook and clean.

It’s a lot of questions, but the more we understand at the beginning, the more accurate we can be. It also helps us be proactive and make suggestions about various features we know will take your kitchen from good to great, and make it somewhere you love to be.

step two 
design for your life 

Once we have a comprehensive understanding of what you want your kitchen to be, the space you have, and how you will use it, we’ll create a number of designs for you that fit the brief. We’ll advise you on the colours, materials and appliances that work best for you, making sure the decision making process is divided into small chunks, rather than an overwhelming whole.

step three 
from the page to your home 

When you’ve made your choice, Robert and our expert designers will work with you for the next stage. Whether you are looking for a design and supply only service or the total package, the next step is a full technical survey. From this we can organise and supervise an all inclusive package, or liaise with your own builders, project managers and tradesmen.

The all inclusive package can include building work and structural alterations, plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring, tiling, kitchen installation, splashbacks and decoration. All carefully scheduled, coordinated and supervised by our project management team.

step four 
start to finish - and beyond 

At the end of the project we closely inspect the work, and only when we are completely satisfied will we sign it off. We then give you a package which explains how to care for and clean your new kitchen, so you can make sure it stays in tip top condition for many many years to come.

If you need any support in the future, our warranty covers you for any enquiries you have, whether it’s about fixtures, fittings, appliances or something else. Once you’re a Mulberry customer, you’re always a Mulberry customer.
