The owner of this farmhouse kitchen decided on gloss white Fusion cabinets, granite worktops in blue pearl, white tile splashback behind the hob, Travertine floor tiles and a Villeroy & Boch Double Belfast sink, choices which have brought a modern, clean look to a traditional kitchen.

First we created dust screens to block off the open plan kitchen from the main property, and then we protected the complete floor before stripping out the existing kitchen, including wall coverings.

We reworked all the plumbing to suit the new layout, completely rewired the kitchen and plaster skimmed all the walls. We then repaired the existing travertine floor tiles and patched in areas as required to suit new kitchen layout. After installing the new kitchen we templated, fabricated and fitted granite worktops and undertook all second fix plumbing and electrical work.

We fitted the tile splashback behind the hob, made all final finishes including door thresholds, skirting boards, architraves and window sills, before disposing of the old kitchen and all waste.

JM, Rumburgh

Robert at Mulberry really listened to everything that we asked for and came back with some great ideas which we accommodated into the new designs. I also wanted a large sink but not a Butlers sink and with lots of adjustments fitted everything into our very bespoke kitchen. The quality of their tradesmen was exceptional and also the attention to every detail. I am always recommending Mulberry Kitchens to friends and neighbours.
