Here at Mulberry, we’re used to working with kitchens of all shapes and sizes. Upon entering our client’s charming Beccles home, we knew we would have to think outside the box to meet their brief. Storage was high on our client’s list of priorities. However, they were also keen to establish an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. To help combine the best of both worlds, we built a bespoke bench seating area complete with hidden storage drawers. We also introduced a slim breakfast bar to maximise every inch of this unusual space.

Our Kintyre shaker-style furniture in Northern Lights positively glows in the natural light flooding through the glass roof. It works wonderfully with the characterful timber beams, establishing a warm and inviting ambience. Tan leather chairs and oak accents help tie the interior together. The oak display shelving makes an excellent alternative to bulky overhead cabinetry, accentuating the airy atmosphere and accommodating the ceiling apex. It offers the perfect place for our Beccles clients to display a quirky selection of ornaments and houseplants, completing this truly charming design.
