As a backdrop to our client’s modern extension, this kitchen had to combine timeless looks with a bright and airy feel. The simple yet charming shaker cabinetry painted in light Dove Grey does just that. White walls, white worktops and a gorgeous antique mirror splashback reflect light throughout the room. Despite its compact size and reduced natural light, this beautiful Norwich kitchen feels spacious and fresh.
Positioned in line with the pass-through, the stunning range cooker makes a wonderful focal point. A vintage style tap and elaborate bespoke mantle add to the luxurious traditional theme. Despite these classic features, this elegant kitchen sets a stylish modern mood. Opting for a single shelf instead of overhead cabinetry creates a contemporary spot for our client to display ornaments. A textural stone wall covering also adds a gorgeous modern touch. Chic, bright and inviting, this radiant kitchen is just what our clients were looking for.
The details...
To keep the space feeling open and airy, we chose not to include any overhead cabinets in our design. Instead, a seamless row of tall pantry cupboards offers ample storage capacity. The u-shaped kitchen layout demonstrated here is highly practical and easy to use.
