Our Southwold client came to our showroom looking for a lovely farmhouse-style Belfast sink. We were only too happy to oblige. However, as we discussed her kitchen, it became clear that her existing layout really wasn’t working. Our designer, Lorna, took the time to listen to our client’s needs. She ensured she understood their individual requirements in order to devise a layout that would totally transform their space.
Repositioning the hob helped establish a much more practical work triangle. We also introduced a slim, pull-out larder next to the oven for additional storage. A bespoke dresser and countertop corner cupboard also provide handy extra storage. Our new layout maximises every inch of space while promoting a great workflow. This wonderful new Southwold kitchen isn’t just fantastic to use. It looks stunning too! The exquisite in-frame cabinetry and timber worktops bring a cosy, understated sense of luxury to the room. Featuring a charming traditional Belfast sink, this beautiful country kitchen is everything our client hoped for and more.
The details...
The similar tones of the Gairloch Beach cabinetry and radiant sage green walls bring a calm, cocooning feel to the space. The elegant dresser painted in Farrow & Ball’s Moorland Green accentuates the tranquil green theme. Timber worktops, floors and furniture complete the design, adding lovely warmth and character.

In-frame Oransay Ash cabinetry with cock bead detailing painted in Gairloch Beach with a raised grain. Full stave oak worktops and Siemens appliances.
