Based near Southwold in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, our clients were looking for a timeless country kitchen with a sophisticated, up-to-date feel. Our beautiful Caledonia shaker cabinets undoubtedly deliver in terms of elegant looks, while a gorgeous Fired Charcoal island lends a stunning contemporary twist. A bespoke wine rack adds a luxurious and practical detail to the stylish island. Exquisite Travertine limestone tiles complete the refined farmhouse look.
Finding the perfect layout to suit our Southwold client’s period property required careful planning. Installing the ovens within the island enabled us to position the American-style fridge-freezer centrally, bringing symmetry and practicality to the design. The spacious island helped zone the room, allowing multiple family members to use the kitchen at any one time. Little details like the countertop cupboards, Belfast sink and ingenious ceiling extractor made all the difference to this sophisticated and practical country kitchen.
