Showcasing breath-taking arched windows, a stunning original chimney breast and a magnificent new AGA range, this beautiful, bright kitchen radiates impressive character and charm. Though the arched windows and chimney breast undeniably make gorgeous design features, they do reduce the amount of available wall space, restricting the design to base cabinets only. To compensate for the lack of vertical storage and ensure our Southwold clients had plenty of room for their essentials, we added a spacious bespoke kitchen island alongside plenty of drawers to enhance accessibility.

Immaculately finished in Farrow & Ball’s Skimming Stone, the neutral hue beautifully complements the abundant natural light that filters in through the large windows. The fresh palette and pared-back shaker furniture style bring an elegant and airy feel to the room. Crowned by a deep blue overmantel, an eye-catching AGA adds the perfect pop of colour, creating a fantastic focal point to the room while accentuating the characterful period features. The resulting design undoubtedly maximises our Southwold client’s new home, both in terms of practicality and style.
