Our client’s wonderful Norfolk home was brimming with character and charm. This made it immediately clear that their new kitchen should be equally unique. Thankfully, the stunning surroundings offered plenty of inspiration. When it came to complementing the classic range cooker and stunning oak beams, a traditional shaker style was a must. A handleless finish puts a quirky twist on the classic design, while the oak trim gives a lovely nod to the original beams.
A dusky heather and grey colour palette introduces even more personality to the space. The two-tone scheme prevents the more unusual soft mauve from dominating the design. Both tones tie in beautifully with the Sensa granite worktops. The success of these elegant and unique colours truly delighted our clients. A central island makes the perfect workstation for cooking and preparing food. We dedicated plenty of thought to planning a layout that suits our clients. The resulting kitchen is undeniably original, beautiful and practical.

The butcher’s block end to the island makes a great feature. It cleverly fits the vintage beam hooks and the overall country kitchen theme.
